Your account is created by providing information to fill the fields in our web page. These fields shall contain accurate, complete, and current data as of all times. Breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of the Account.

You are responsible for the Confidentiality of the password to our Service, the password is used for access on our Service and through 3rd party Services. Actions, activities, and changes made while logged are also under your responsibility.

Manifiz offers customizable storage and garden sheds: Wooden Sheds, Metal Sheds, and Resin Sheds.

Product Descriptions: While we do our best to describe our products accurately, we make no guarantees that product descriptions or other content within the Service is accurately documented, complete, dependable, up to date, or free from errors.

Pricing: All pricing is in USD. While we strive to ensure all the prices displayed on our website are correct, there might be some mistakes. In case any such discrepancies are detected, we will notify you at the earliest and allow you the choice to either confirm your order at the amended charge or cancel it.

Availability: All products are restricted to stock on hand. We still maintain the right to restrict the volume of products that we are willing to supply.

Color/Appearance: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. The colors displayed through your computer monitor may not be accurate, hence, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s accuracy.

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for any reason at anytime after receipt.

Payment: Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways. We do not keep full payment card details on our servers.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before they have been packed for shipping. All orders that have been shipped are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Provided Content) as well as its features and functionalities are and will continue to be the exclusive property of MANIF LLC and its licensors. The Service is also protected by trademark laws as well as copyright laws of the US and other foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress are not to be used in regard with any goods or services without proper written permission from MANIF LLC.

These Terms are subject to the laws of Maryland, United States and will be interpreted under the legal frameworks of Maryland without consideration to conflicts of laws principles.

We do not waive any rights and will not be considered a waiver of these rights for failing to enforce any part of these Terms.
