Shipping Locations

Shipping Methods and Costs
Due to the size and weight of our products, the shipping methods and costs will vary significantly depending on the type of shed ordered and the delivery location. The applicable shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We primarily utilize specialized freight carriers for the delivery of our sheds. The shipping cost is determined by factors such as:
- Product Size and Weight: Larger and heavier sheds will incur higher shipping costs.
- Delivery Distance: Shipping costs increase with the distance from our shipping origin to your delivery address.
- Delivery Service Type: Standard curbside delivery is typically the base service. Additional services, such as liftgate service or delivery to a specific location on your property (if feasible), may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire about these options before finalizing your order.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email. These estimates are typically between 7 to 15 business days from the date your order is processed and leaves our facility. Please understand that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Actual delivery times can vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier Scheduling: Freight carriers operate on their own schedules, and delivery times are subject to their availability and routes.
- Weather Conditions: Inclement weather can cause delays in transit.
- Traffic and Road Conditions: Unexpected traffic or road closures can impact delivery times.
- Remote or Difficult-to-Access Locations: Deliveries to remote or locations with limited access may take longer. You will be informed if your location presents any known extended delivery times.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays exceeding 3 business days beyond the initial estimate.
Delivery Process
The delivery of our sheds typically involves the following:
- Scheduling: Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, the freight carrier will usually contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. This contact typically occurs within 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. It is crucial to provide accurate contact information (phone number) during checkout to facilitate this process.
- Curbside Delivery: Our standard shipping service is curbside delivery. This means the carrier will deliver the shed to the curb or the end of your driveway at the agreed-upon time. You will be responsible for moving the shed from the curb to your desired location on your property. The driver is typically not responsible for unloading the shed or moving it onto your property.
- Liftgate Service (If Applicable): If you do not have the means to safely unload the shed from the truck, you may request liftgate service for an additional fee (if available in your area). This request must be made at the time of your order. A liftgate is a hydraulic platform at the back of the truck that can lower the shed to the ground.
- Unloading and Assembly: Please note that our delivery service does not typically include unloading the shed from the truck (unless liftgate service is arranged) or assembly of the shed. You will be responsible for these tasks. We recommend having adequate assistance and equipment to safely handle the shed upon delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery
It is critical that you thoroughly inspect your shed upon arrival for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. This inspection should take place before you sign the delivery receipt.
- Carefully Examine the Packaging: Look for any tears, dents, punctures, or other signs of mishandling.
- Open and Inspect the Contents: If the packaging appears damaged, carefully open it and inspect the shed itself for any scratches, dents, broken parts, or missing components.
- Note Any Damage on the Delivery Receipt: If you notice any damage, no matter how minor it may seem, be sure to make a detailed written note of it on all copies of the delivery receipt before signing. Be specific about the damage (e.g., "dent on left side panel," "tear in box"). Your signature confirms that you have received the shipment in the condition noted on the receipt. If no damage is noted, it implies you received the shipment in good condition.
- Take Photos: If there is visible damage, take clear photos of the damage to the packaging and the shed itself before unloading. This documentation will be essential if you need to file a claim.
- Refuse Delivery for Significant Damage: If the damage is significant and renders the shed clearly unusable, you have the right to refuse the delivery. In this case, clearly note the reason for refusal ("severely damaged in transit") on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
What to Do in Case of Shipping Damage
If you discover damage after the delivery driver has left, and the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt, it may be more challenging to file a claim. However, if you noted damage on the delivery receipt or refused delivery due to significant damage, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, but no later than 3 business days from the date of delivery or attempted delivery, with the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed written description of the damage
- Clear photos of the damage to the packaging and the shed
- A copy of the delivery receipt with any notes you made
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may involve arranging for a repair, replacement of damaged parts, or a refund, depending on the extent of the damage and the carrier's policies.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout, including any apartment numbers, suite numbers, or specific delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges (such as re-delivery fees) resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a shipment needs to be re-routed due to an address error, you will be responsible for any associated fees charged by the carrier.
