Returns and Refund Policy

At Manifiz, your happiness with the shed purchase is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, we do everything possible to assist you.
Our Return Policy Valid for 30 Days with No Cost
As soon as you receive an item, it can be returned within a window of thirty (30) days. We will pay for the shipping of all eligible items that have free returns.
Please note: Some conditions have to be met to be eligible under our return policy:
- Brand New and Unused: We expect the item to be unused and unassembled. Additionally, the item needs to be returned in the exact condition and packaging it was received in.
- Proof of Payment: A receipt or purchasing evidence is mandatory.
Please note: Products that are altered, modified, used, assembled, or show any form of signs of utilized condition are not eligible to our return policy.
Conditions When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
The following types of returns cannot be accepted:
- Products that cannot be unassembled or returned once they are installed.
- If an item was custom created or specially ordered (where applicable, this will be indicated at the time of the order).
- Gift certificates.
What to Do to Start a Return Process WITH NO COST
Your first step must be contacting customer service. Do not attempt to send your product back without first getting in touch with us and getting clearance.

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your return.
Refunds
You'll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund after we process the return and inspect it.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: The posting of your refund may take up to 10 business days after your return has been accepted and for the approval to be there. The time it takes to post your refund will depend on the bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
To ensure that the replacement item is not out of stock or take too long to deliver, it is recommended that customers purchase the item they wish to exchange right after the item that needs to be returned is sent back for processing.
Damaged or Defective Items
Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or defects with details and images so we can assist you. We can send you the broken parts, and new item, or if you prefer we can return it for free and give you a full refund.
