Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Manifiz. We take pride in the quality of our heavy-duty garden sheds, bike sheds, and utility sheds. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully as it outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds.

General Return Conditions

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are subject to specific conditions.

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the shed must be in unassembled and unused condition, and in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Timeframe for Returns: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we typically do not accept returns unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.
  • Restocking Fee: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping (properly documented on the delivery receipt), a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built or specifically configured sheds may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. This will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Assembled sheds are generally not eligible for return unless there is a significant manufacturing defect that was not apparent before assembly.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Within 30 days of the delivery date, contact our customer service team by phone at +1 443-607-6306 or by email at contact@manifiz.com. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos if there is an issue).
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if the return is approved, will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.
  3. Packaging the Return: You are responsible for securely packaging the shed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Ensure all parts and documentation are included. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the packaging.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping (properly documented on the delivery receipt). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return shipment for the purchase value.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned shed and it has been inspected and approved, we will process your refund.

  • Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned shed to ensure it meets the conditions for return (unassembled, unused, original packaging, all components included).
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive the returned shed for your refund to be processed.
  • Method of Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your shed has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will require detailed information and may request photos or other evidence of the defect.

  • Verification: If the defect is verified, we will, at our discretion, offer to repair the defect, replace the defective parts, or arrange for a full return and refund, including any original shipping costs.
  • Return Shipping (for Defects): If a return is necessary due to a verified manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If your shed arrives damaged, it is crucial that you note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Please also contact our customer service team within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, details of the damage, and photos of the damaged packaging and shed.

  • Verification: We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the damage.
  • Resolution: Depending on the extent of the damage and the outcome of the investigation, we will, at our discretion, offer to repair the damage, replace the damaged parts, arrange for a return and replacement, or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a shed, you will need to follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired shed.
