Q: What types of sheds does Manifiz offer? A: Manifiz provides high-grade storage solutions for both homeowners and businesses, including Wooden Sheds, Metal Sheds, and Resin Sheds in various styles and sizes.
Q: What are the benefits of each shed material?
Wooden Sheds: Offer a classic aesthetic that can be painted to match your home. They are highly customizable and sturdy but require periodic maintenance.
Metal Sheds: Highly durable, fire-resistant, and require very little upkeep. They offer excellent security and value.
Resin (Plastic) Sheds: Lightweight, weatherproof, and virtually maintenance-free. They are easy to assemble and perfect for long-term outdoor storage.
Q: Do I need a foundation for my shed? A: Yes. All sheds require a solid, flat, and level base (such as a concrete slab or gravel base) to ensure stability, proper drainage, and longevity.
Q: Are Manifiz sheds difficult to assemble? A: Our sheds are designed for DIY assembly with clear instructions. While most customers can assemble them, larger models may require an extra pair of hands. Professional installation is not currently offered by Manifiz, but you are welcome to arrange your own professional assembly.
Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We securely accept payments exclusively via major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely. All transactions are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact us immediately at support@manifiz.com if you wish to request a cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Q: What are your processing and transit times?
Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Transit Time: 6-8 business days.
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST).
Q: What type of delivery can I expect? A: Due to the size of our sheds, deliveries are typically curbside via freight carriers. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You will be responsible for moving the items from the curb to your final location.
Q: What should I do if my shed arrives damaged? A: Inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Report the damage to us within 24 hours so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day free return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Q: Are returns free? A: Yes. We offer Free Returns on all eligible items. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or coordinate freight pickup at no cost to you.
Q: What are the conditions for a return? A: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Q: How long does the refund process take? A: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
