Return and Refund Policy
At Manifiz, operated by MANIF LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your shed. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused and unassembled: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Once a shed has been assembled or installed, it is no longer eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return
Do not ship items back without prior authorization. To start a return:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to handle the freight pickup.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Manifiz will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or no longer need the shed, we still offer Free Returns. We will provide the shipping label or coordinate the freight pickup at no cost to you.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing times.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Since sheds are large freight items, please inspect the delivery carefully.
Report within 24 hours: If the item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us immediately at support@manifiz.com.
Resolution: We will either send replacement parts, a completely new unit, or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
