1. Shipping Cost & Coverage

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

  • Excluded Locations: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Order Processing & Transit Timelines

To provide clear delivery expectations, we use the following timelines (Monday – Friday):

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 6–8 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

3. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your shed has been processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking Number: This email will be sent within 1–2 business days of your order.

  • Live Updates: You can use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Freight Delivery Process

Due to the size and weight of our products, all sheds are delivered via Freight Carriers. Please note the following:

  • Curbside Delivery: Delivery is strictly curbside. The driver will drop the shipment at the curb or the end of your driveway. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final location.

  • Delivery Appointment: The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, please note it on the receipt, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours.

5. Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, a refusal of delivery, or a failure to schedule a delivery appointment with the carrier, the customer may be held responsible for original and return shipping costs.
