Free Delivery

We are happy to announce that as part of our service improvement strategy, we will provide Free Shipping on all orders made within the contiguous US. No minimum spend is needed to be eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Locations

Manifiz currently ships to all states within the contiguous United States. We are, however, unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other U.S. Territories at this time.

Time to Process Orders

Order processing will commence immediately after an order has been made. Our dedicated team will ensure the following for all timelines given:

Processing Time: All orders are processed between 1-2 business days. In the given time frame, we confirm the order information, pack the items, and ship them while ensuring all quality checks are passed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Time in Transit

After processing and shipment, the following transit time expectations can be set for orders:

Transit Time: Orders are delivered in 10-12 business days after shipment. Accurate tracking indicates that an overwhelming majority of shipments reach the destination during that window.

Please bear in mind the above remain estimates. Actual deliveries can differ based on many factors including location, shipping bottlenecks, climatic issues, and many more.

Tracking Your Order

Your excitement to track the new shed is completely understandable!

Tracking Details: As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number after 1 to 2 business days.

You can check the progress of your delivery using the tracking number on the respective carrier's site.

Delivery Process

Due to the nature and size of our products (sheds), these types of deliveries are generally done through freight carriers which may need additional considerations as follows:

Curbside Delivery: The majority of sheds are delivered curbside. This means that the driver will take your shed to the curb at the end of your driveway. After that, it is up to you to transport the shed from the curb to the location you want it placed.

Carrier Contact: The freight carrier may reach out to you to arrange a delivery date and time. Make sure that the information provided with the order is correct and you are able to answer phone calls at the time.

As for Receiving Your Delivery:

  • While signing for the delivery, make sure to look over the package closely for any damages so that you do not miss anything concealed.
  • If you notice any damage, make a note of it on the delivery receipt and take photos if possible. Please report any damage to Manifiz customer service immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) so we can assist you.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Packages That Cannot Be Delivered

In the event that a package is marked undeliverable as a result of incorrect address the customer used, refusing to accept the delivery, or neglecting to set a delivery appointment, the customer shall be liable for the re-shipping or return fee.
